I attended my first yule ritual last night. It was fun with a bit of theatrics for Ivy, Holly King, Oak King, returning Sol...and we each got to release our un-needed baggage, and to light from each other a candle which then we dedicated to our intentions going forward. And a bit of a feast as well. May this moment in the cycle of your life be full of joy, peace and light.

Not sure I would be serious enough for any solstice ceremony with others. But maybe on my birthday I will do something alone.
