If one tries to capture such a photo, it doesn't work - but this was one of those effortless Zen moments, no expectations, no fuss, just pleasure in the scene. A moment later, the wind and snow changed direction, and the moment was gone.

when i saw this i thought it was layered/photoshopped with an image of a woman's eye on the left side near the trees. it is beautiful.
