Compelling photo! I want to dress in warm layers, have on my winter cowgirl boots, wear a crocheted cap of bohemian design, and woolly mittens, and hug this snow bark tree!

Love it!!

The snowy woods command respect. Makes one want to whisper.

I always wondered what one does when the "words" don't "work" anymore... When words fail to inspire, when they fail to "speak." With your exquisite photos now I know... One rests in "Wooded Silence" - in the Stillness of Nature - our True Nature... unbounded and unfettered... Wordless words that speak to this Heart...

With gratitude - Christine

Cate ~ Now I'm concerned that *my* words have failed... I did not mean (in my previous comment) that *your* words did not speak to me, only that in general sometimes "words" are not enough, but to use the cliche - "pictures are worth a thousand words" - especially yours...
Hope that clarifies... Christine
