Every year in March, inside the old hollowed out part of an oak tree in the front yard, a little purple flower grows near the base of the tree. It peeks it's head out every year to tell the world, in it's own small quiet way, Spring has arrived. This gives me immense hope, and I thank the Old Mother for her love. Once again.
