Note to Self

Just a brief reminder to myself this morning (after a long sleepless painful night), that the world is full of wonderment and surprise and laughter too. I have only to open my eyes and look. John O'Donohue said it best.

I would love to live
like a river flows,
carried by
the surprise
of its own unfolding.

So sorry you've been in pain. It's especially difficult when trying to sleep.

The verse you've quoted is wonderful & inspiring.

May your pain already be gone!

Sweet dreams, too.
